If you dig through the bullshit that ALL highschool girls (and guys) have to go through in those wonderful years, you’ll find two people trying to express their feelings about a broken system. I think reacting with anger is not the answer.
I understand that they were reacting to a broken system but they chose to do so very poorly, so I’m not angry but it’s the truth— that video will forever be on the internet and as they go through their lives they will be forever effected by their poor decision to make and post that video. As someone else said, I don’t think they understand the gravity of their actions and they will be forever haunted by it. They will be hard pressed to find decent college’s that will want to associate to them simply because of the backlash. I think that the comments in response to it were equally wrong but the the focus is on the girls and what they said and unfortunately they will forever be associated to that video.
